increase in passing percentage

08 December 2009 Hy Friends,
i heard about a news regarding the proposal of increase in the passing percentage of PCC/IPCC & Final from 40% per subject to 50% per subject and 50% aggregate in all to 55 % aggregate in all.
IS this true.
