25 July 2014 Dear Members,
Kindly tell me whether Form MGT-14 required to be filed with Form SH-7. Motion being resolved by passing an ordinary resolution.

25 July 2014 For increase in authorised capital special resolution is not required to be passed and accordingly there is no need to file form MGT.14.
