21 April 2015 sir, if name will get approve then how to go about MOA & AoA and is it require to get MOA stamp FIrst then filluping the further form
and how many copy of memorandum Do i require to print? company is small company with paidup capital of 1 Lac

21 April 2015 Copy of MOA & AOA are required for many purposes like opening of bank account, registration under under authority, etc. For paying stamp duty on MOA you have to pay along with incorporation form inc 7

25 April 2015 still i have not get any information regarding the name approval form i.e.INC1 i have fill up the form and uploaded it on 18th .4.2015 so kindly let me know what to do and i also tried to call KOLKATA ROC but no body receiving the call
