20 November 2010 While preparing the Power of Attorney for incorporating company whether it is mandatory to keep in favour of any professional or not?

20 November 2010 Now Power of Attorney for incorporating company not required as all forms are efiled and company formation takes place online only and there is no need to visit local ROC office.

But in case of any discrepancy the promoters will issue POA in favor of professional/concerned person.
