Please let me know the attachments required for E-form 1, 1A, 18 & 32 while incorporating a Pvt Ltd Co.
Please provide a format of such attachments.

Procedural requirement for formation of new company:

1. Obtain Digital signature of one of the promoter/director
2. Obtain DIN of at least two director
3. After obtaining approved DIN file Form 1A with ROC for name availability
4. If name is available ROC give name with in 3 days from the date of assigning
5. U will print at least two MOA and AOA.
6. File Form 1, 18, and 32 with the concerned ROC with the prescribed as given in Schedule X
7. File document like MOA and AOA for correction and other formalities, if required
8. After verification of documents of incorporation, ROC generate the Company Identification Number (CIN) and issue certificate of Incorporation at the registered address of the company

Payment of fee for respective form for incorporation of Pvt. Ltd.

1. For Form 1A is fixed of Rs. 1000/-
2. For Form 1 u should pay as per your Authorised Capital
3. Form 18 fee is Rs. 500/-
4. Form 32 fee is Rs. 500/-

If you wanted to pay fee first of all your longing should be on MCA portal. Payment of challan will be made online through MCA Portal.

If minimum authorised share capital is Rs. 1lakh then total expenses will be Rs. 4800 and stamp duty will be Rs. 360 as per Delhi Stamp Act.

Filing of Documents and Forms electronically with Registrar of Companies:
(i) First form is Form-1, which is required to be filed with following attachment:
(a) Memorandum and Articles of Association duly stamped, signed and dated.
(b) Power of Attorney, duly stamped and executed by all the subscribers, authorizing any one of them or any other person to follow up the matter with the ROC.
(c) A statutory declaration in E-form -1 (on Stamp Paper) as prescribed in the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms (Amendment) Rules, 2006 declaring compliance of all and incidental matters regarding formation of companies (Section 33(2)).
(Note: 1. Stamp duty on e-Form-1, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association can be paid electronically through the MCA portal and in such case submission of physical copies of the uploaded e-Form-1, MoA and AoA to the office of ROC is not required.

2. Payment of stamp duty electronically through the MCA portal is mandatory in respect of the States which have authorised the Central Government to collect stamp duty on their behalf. In respect of the States from whom the authorization is yet to be received, the company will continue to pay outside the MCA portal.

3. In case, stamp duty is not paid electronically through MCA portal, it is required to deliver simultaneously the original stamped physical copies of the uploaded e-Form-1, MoA and AoA along with a copy of challan/receipt in the concerned office of ROC failing which such e- Form shall be put into “Waiting for User Clarification” in terms of Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956.)

(ii) Filing of Form-18 containing notice of situation of registered office of the proposed company.
(iii) Filing of Form-32 containing particulars of first directors of the proposed company.

29 November 2012 It is not required, for statutory declaration form 1 is to be filed. All of such documents were required to be filed earlier, now a days only MOA and AOA would suffice the purpose.

Yes, it required on Rs. 10 stamp paper. Form 1 will be printed on such stamp paper and will be part of an attachment in Form-1.

Earlier it was requied, now everyting has became online no paper work is required to be done.

I am incorporating every company like that by attaching MOA and AOA only.

I think, But in some states where the payment of stamp duty is physical the compliance of such stamp duty is required.
