I have got name approval to form a pvt ltd co and had included the following clause inf FORM 1A as main object "To carry on the business of all types of building materials and construction materials, manufacturing, processing, converting, refining, preparing, importing, exporting selling, distributing, commission agency and dealers." Now on incorporation, is it required to take above clause as ONLY main object in MOA or I may include other incidental business elaborating the same?
