23 September 2011 I am facing problem in filling up form 1. I am entered Authourised capital as 1 lacs. (Same as in Form 1A). Equity Shares of 10000 of Rs.10 Each. When i check form, its showing error that equity preference share is to be filled.. Please suggest.
