A person has income from interest and tds is deducted u/s 194A from many years and he is also a partner in the firm from last 3.5 years. They had no record of any tax filling/ returns and the bank account detail before entering into partnership and even pan card is also not found after entering into partnership. And now when they found pan card we found that tds had been deducted from years, please tell me what to do with this case, how to file his tax return now and which incomes we have to disclose???

disclose the incomes that the person earned. it is surprising that you are claiming that you dont know the PAN while deductors are deducting against your client's PAN!
file return for AY 2014-15 and 2013-14.
For prior periods, file application under section 119(2) for condonation of delay in filing. On receipt of condonation, you may file the returns for the corresponding periods too.
