My query is about Income tax return filed manually on 31.07.2015 (ITR-1 filed manually) But the return filed was not correct after I checked all particulars viz, amount of tax not correctly calculated and the rebate was not given u/s 87a. But now I found that there is a refund applicable after rebate. The refund amount was not received until today.
What is the next procedure to claim that refund. Please advice on the same.

You have to revise the return , and claim the refund first, then it will be processed in income tax department, then you will get refund.

In some cases, income tax department itself make the necessary calculations and give you refund. You need to see the limitation period of revising the return as well.
