Income tax return filling U/S 44 AE

01 September 2009 Sir,

I have TATA ACE, Last year i have filled return for Rs 65402 after taking dep as per income tax

I also have salary income of Rs 99000/-

Now i want to file return u/s 44AE @ 3150.00 P.M for income from vehicle.

Can i do so

Please suggest.
