06 July 2013 I have filed the IT return for a.y.2011-12 manually before due date, but I have not received the intimation u/s.143(1)as per prescribed time. I have again file the IT return online because of claiming some refund and that return I have filed as original return. Is there any penalty for filing double return? Pl. advice.

07 July 2013 There is no penalty for double filing, the return which filed second time is invalid return. only one time can be filed original return either manually or efiling

But my first return was filed on wrong jurisdiction and I think that is the reason my return was not process. Then what should I do to claim my refund?
