I am private contracter income tax return file 12-13.
But 13-14 , 14-15 ,15-16, 16-17, 17-18, 18-19 I T Retund not file .
Can i 18-19 submit a i t return ?

Yes.You can submit AY-2019-20(FY-2018-19) before 31.03.2020 with late fee
07 March 2020
You can submit. If your income is taxable or likely to be taxable in the succeeding assessment years then you have to compulsorily file the returns. Maintain regularity thereafter.
