31 July 2014 my partnership firm loss in business, so what is last date of retun file of f.y. 2013-14.

31 July 2014 tax audit is compulsory for firm so last date is 30.9.2014

31 July 2014 actually it depends.

the audit shall be compulsory only if you have an eligible business covered under 44AD or where you have turnover exceeding Rs 1 cr (for business) and Rs 25 lkahs for profession.

However, for eg: if you are a CA firm with less than Rs 25 lakhs turnover but loss, no audit is required. So in such case due date shall be 31 July
