If income tax return is filled twice first manually & second electronically what are the consequences & what are the remedies?

In that case u should have to write to the AO the matter and do the request AO to consider the Returns which is final either manually filed or e filled.

You can not file twice return in a year. but you can file revise return. so if you are not file revised return, then your second return is not accordance with law.
