25 August 2009 I have PAN card from may2008. and i am not fill return till now.
Is manadatory fill the return for PAN card holder.
My income is only stipend income. is this a taxable and what head this is taxable ?

please reply.

25 August 2009 Its not mandatory to file returns who have pan card, have to file when it will be taxable income.
