22 April 2015 Dear Sir

how can I file my ITR, because my employer has deducted my TDS also deposited in Bank but.

till now TDS return is not filed by my employer

can I take benifit of TDS by chalan. which is deposited by my employer as TDS.

22 April 2015 it should b reflected in 26 AS... Wait for the employer to file the return na...

22 April 2015 my senior says, we can file ITR if emloyer has deposited TDS amount TDS return may be filed later

But in this case I was not sure about this, .

22 April 2015 you can file it ....there wont b any issues...

but i always suggest to hold because due date is far away... so have tds certificate in hand then file the return to most of mah friends
