12 September 2014 Sir,

Please solve my query

1] I Filled Income Tax Return ITR-1 sahaj dated 29/07/14 I Shown TDS on salary Amount Rs.30000/- in ITR Advance & Self Assessment Tax column there is right or wrong

2] Please suggest to me in this case revised return for the year

12 September 2014 Dear Sopan,

1.)You have wrongly mentioned, TDS has to be mentioned in the column of TDS on salary column.

2.) You can revise return u/s. 139(5) within one year from end of relevant assessment year (i.e. up to 31.03.2016) or before assessment, whichever is earlier.
