20 October 2013 an assessee who is not resident in india since last 3 years, comes back to india in Oct, 2012 is eligible for filing i.t. return for a.y. 2013-14 ??

20 October 2013 If he/she has the PAN in India. he is eligible to file the return. only assesse status need to fill depends up on the section 6 of the income tax act and accordingly the income and tax liability will be vary
