Where should we apply for Income Tax Refund grievance ? i.e.to whom should we address for the same ? The assessee is assessed at ACIT, Circle Mehsana, Gujarat.

Grievance may be filed before respective Joint CIT or Commissioner, Chief Commissioner and so on if it is matter relating to paper return.
