08 November 2013 Hello, I filed for my TDS return on July 2013. I still havent got the refund. Pardon my limited knowledge on tax issues but i had filed SAHAJ option and ITR-1. Also I got the acknowledgement which is with me where a stamp has been posted by the I.T guys. FYI my annual salary is around 84k and i am still a student. 11 November 2013 You have mentioned that you have filed TDS return on July,2013 in stead of Income Tax Return.

For Refund related querry, you may contact your Income Tax Jurisdiction Officer.
