Income tax rebate for interest paid on housing loan

I have been allotted a Government Accommodation and is paying interest on the housing loan raised for buying a property which was not rented during the last year. Can I claim it to be self occupied in my ITR?

Since you do not have any more house you can declare it as self occupied even though it is not actually self occupied.
