Income tax planning for private ltd companies

I am in need of some information which can help us to understand if there are some income tax savings schemes for private lts companies like we have for individuals.

Other related query would be -

Where as a pvt ltd company can we invest so that our tax liability comes down.

Is there any way to achieve this ? Please do let me know.

01 May 2013 One of the many options,INvest in Key Man INsurance policy for directors,managing directors or any other key personnel, bit it would be taxable later after few years.
