income tax Payment more than Rs.20000/-

25 March 2010 we are paying our Director Rs.100,000/- in a day in cash.
for the purpose of income tax we can prepare payment vouchers of up to Rs.20000/-
Please advise can we prepare more than one voucher in one day of Rs.20000/- of below Rs.20000/-?

It is beyond the purview of the query, however, i recommend that issue a cheque or make vouchers in the name of different persons.
