I GOT THE NOTICE FROM INCOME TAX FOR DETAILS OF RETURNED ACKNOWEDGEMENT NUMBER BUT I AM NOT FILING MY INCOME TAX RETURN DUE TO NON TAXABLE INCOME.BUT IN THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10.IN MY BANK A/C I WITHDRAWAL/DEPOSIT OF RS.100000 & 50000.
WHICH AMOUNT I TAKE FROM MY SISTER.
SO PLS,KINDLY HELP FOR INCOME TAX DEPT.WRITTEN REPLY.

Amount of Deposit does not mean it it your Income . You may treat it as gift from your sister or Loan from your sister.
