There is no tax liability in case of foreign tours. The only tax liability is airport taxes, hotel taxes and other taxes as applicable while taking the foreign tours. All these are indirect taxes and these are included in the tour expenses.
The tour expenses which are incurred must be shown in your return of income as it is to be paid out of tax paid income therefore there is no specific taxes in case of foreign tours
