12 June 2016 assesse does not claim Hra in form 16. now how can he get HRA as deduction in filing his return &get refund of his HRA thanks

13 June 2016 while reporting taxable salary you may deduct eligible exemption under HRA and report balance amount

13 June 2016 You have to Calculate HRA deduction u/s 10(13A) and take as sec 10 deduction by that your taxable salary will reduce by HRA deduction amount and tax amount also.It will convert to excess tds deduction which will be refundable amount exact amount of HRA deduction.
