Income tax interest and penalty

I have filed a salary return of F.Y 2013-14 before 15 days. To keep a gap of 3 months i will have to file return of F.Y 2014-15 afterwards. I have paid tax today with interest for F.Y 2014-15. Now, whether penalty is attracted for filing return after 31.3.16 for F.Y 2014-15 ? Please give suggestions.

Penalty Will not attract . IF you have not paid Tax Full Extent Interest will Applicable.
