Dear Sir, I would like to know how to get Income Tax Consultant Certificate from the Income Tax Department, I mean the the Criteria or the Rules. I have several TDS as well as Individual Clients for more than last 3/4 years. I wish myself to become a Consultant in this field & to provide better services to my clients. Kindly advise.
