CAN A PERSON FILE IT'S IT RETURN U/S 44AD WHO HAVE INCOME U/S194C AND IF SO WHICH CODE IS APPLICABLE ON HIM???????????

dear friend, you need to decide the code on the basis of activity of the person. 194C TDS deduction is not the most appropriate way of deciding the code.
