sir ji
i made payment of self-assessment online for a/y 2011-12 from united bank but immmediately
on payment my explorer crashed and i was unable to note down any information of challan........plz guide me how to obtain that information as i have to file return.

The same will come into your 26AS in a couple of days time.
Otherwise contact your bank online and they will tell you the way to download the challan.
