02 July 2010 How can a assessee take credit of TDS deducted, in case he does not have PAN and TDS deducted @ 20%.

02 July 2010 It is must to have PAN in order to claim TDS.

Moreover, any document you submit with Income Tax Department like ITR, the PAN needs to be mentioned on that.
