Register at : https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do
The form in Excel are available there. After filing, generate xml file and upload. Send the acknowledgment through ordinary post to CPC bangalore, if filed without digital Signature.

YOu can download the ITR from from incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in the excel file and generate xml file and efile the same.
