Please tell me that what is the date of deposite tds in case of we make immediate payment to party and in case of credit to a party.

05 May 2010 The date of deposit of TDS in case of we make immediate payment to party and in case of credit to a party is same for the entire year except that if in case of immediate payment to party on 31st March then TDS payable on 7th April and in case of credit to a party on 31st March then 31st May
