Whether can i claim HRA deduction as well as deduction u/s 80C towards repayment of Hoome loan & Interest on Home loan u/s 24(1). Regards Sunil Thukral

My opinion is differs, There is no provision in IT Act that says either of one House loan interest OR HRA benefit on rent paid can only be claimed. The Assessee can claim both,
