20 July 2017 Income from Blog received in dollars(PayPal account). Should it be shown as income from other source or as income from outside india in ITR-2

22 July 2017 The income from blog must be shown under Income from business/profession under ITR 3.

By showing this as a business income, you will be eligible for deducting related expenses too

22 July 2017 Bloggers usually don't get register under any act or obtain any licence.

However check whether the revenue is more than Rs.20 lacs in an annum beyond which GST may be applicable
