07 January 2015 if you are asking for payment of tds u/s 194C then its 7th ofmext month like todays is 7th last due date for month of dec 2014

07 January 2015 Due date payment of TDS is 7th of next month for all months except for the month of March. For TDS deducted in the month of March due date of deposit is 30th April.
