please help me ..........
panelty paid to excise department for late submitting of er-1, allowed in income tax or disallowed .....

interest paid on late deposit of sales tax ,excise duty ,service tax ,pf & esi allowed in income tax or not ....

but i am not clear that, other than interst on indirect taxes all panelty emposed by sale s tax department excise & service tax department allowed or disallowed

for example late filling of return etc ...
