### **1. ** **File a Complaint with the Income Tax Department**

2. **Written Complaint:**
- Draft a formal complaint letter to the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT) in your region. Mention all relevant details, including the PAN misuse, fraudulent TDS claims, and any correspondence you have had so far.

### **2. ** **Contact the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)**

**Steps to Take:**

1. **Send a Complaint to CBDT:**
- You can send a complaint to the [Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)](https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/pages/cbdt.aspx) through their grievance redressal mechanism. Provide them with details about the fraudulent activity and copies of all relevant documents.
