IS Income or loss from inter-day trading on which stt,exchange trade charges & stamp duty paid under bse or nse is considered as speculation income / loss ?
If yes than taxable under the head ‘Profits and Gains of Business or Profession’ or under speculation business ?
If yes than taxable under the head ‘Profits and Gains of Business or Profession’ or under speculation business ?
