If a student gets scholarship from govt. for doing his Ph.D, whether it is taxable ?
if yes then which year as Scholarship related to f.y. 2015-16 but actually received by the student in the f.y. 2016-17
if yes then which year as Scholarship related to f.y. 2015-16 but actually received by the student in the f.y. 2016-17
