Income from sale of flowers and creepers.

Dear Experts Farmers growing flowers.It is Agricultural Income and exempt from income tax to farmers. They sell it to some Flower Merchants in the hands of Merchants it is exempt from Income tax or under what head the income should be declared. Please guide me. Thanks in Advance.

the merchant wont be exempt. it would be business income
