income from online consultation

i am giving online astrology consultation on networking site and get payment via paypal online payment gateway. i also do this work for one USA based company who pay me 50% on consultation fee via same the paypal. my question is , is it taxable income or how can i show it in my ITR? should i take any service tax number ?
is it called export service? please help me

14 May 2010 If your service amount for a financila year is less than 10 lakhs then service tax number is not required. You have to show this as income from business or profession. The receipts are taxable.

thanks for your kind help, but someone is telling me that my income source called KPO (knowledge process outsourcing)so this is generating foriegn revenue in India , and this is not taxable 100% exemption on this, please guide me.
