I have a flat in khargar navi Mumbai. It was given on rent from nov 15 to dec 16 at 20000/- a month. I have a interest liability on home loan of 225000/- for fy 15-16. pl guide me as to how to calculate income from house property with detailed calculations.

5 month rent rs. 100000-30% for deduction after that -interest225000= loss 155000 for year 2015-16
