31 August 2014 if son is entitled to receive the rent of house property,and agreement is also in favour of son,but ownership is of Father then who will pay the tax.

31 August 2014 depends on the facts of the case:

1. how did son become entitled to receive the rent?

2. have the father any long term lease in favor of the son?

unless the title of the property is transferred or deemed to be transferred to the son, the income shall be taxable in father's hands
