26 July 2010 Dear Experts,

A is a salaried individual.

A has joined in AMWAY and registered as Business Owner in the month of Feb. 2010.

A earned a maximum sum of Rs.4000/- as on 31.03.10.

Query

Whether A should use Form ITR-4 and admit Rs.4,000/- as Business Income.

Ans : ......................

Can we simply use Form ITR-1 and offer this income as 'Income from other sources' ?

By doing so, will there be any impact ?
