when is to pay the fee for company incorp

after submission of inc7?

whether dir2 should be in stamp paper?
if so whether it has to be notarized?

how much is the ROC fees for incorp of a public company of 10 lakh auth capital?

28 September 2014 1st Filing fees will be paid on complete filing of INC7, DIR 12 AND INC 22 .f registered office you want to registered later on, then after inc7 and dir12

2nd... no Stamp paper and notarization is required for DIR-2

3rd Stamp duty for 10lakh public co.. vary State to State
