1st Filing fees will be paid on complete filing of INC7, DIR 12 AND INC 22 .f registered office you want to registered later on, then after inc7 and dir12
2nd... no Stamp paper and notarization is required for DIR-2
3rd Stamp duty for 10lakh public co.. vary State to State
