I have a proprietorship firm and my business is related to merchant exporting.So in which name I should file my income tax in my firm name or in my individual name?

I.T.(ITR 4) return will be filed in your name and the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account will be of your Proprietorship business

proprietor & individual pancard is same so no need to give seperate identity.ITR-4 is right to file your return.In Return file from your name & PAN and give your tradename too.
