In one fy changing job whom i will get form 16

I m going to change my job in December 13 . then which company is provide me Form-16 my existing company or where I m going to join . and if new company is provide me form 16 then how I will be inform to new company april-13 to till date salary . for that I will take a letter from my existing company.
