10 September 2013 is it necessary to add a commodity to the existing IEC list in order to import that commodity ?. Kindly guide on this mattet.

11 September 2013 generally when IEC code issued mentioned the Merchant / manufacturer exporter / service provider.

as far as i understand this is mandatory describe in ONLY RCMC of exporter.
