21 August 2012 Dear Seniors Experts,

I want to know the Import custom duty on Melamine dinner sets or fibre plates,tray from china to india,i checked in www.cybex.in but i did not found this catagory if any one knows about this please help me.

Customs Basic Duty: 10%
Addl Duty(CVD): 12%
Spl Addl Duty(Spl.CVD): 4%
Excise Cess 3%
Customs Cess 4%

mIRJA jI,if you import These items of Rs. 1000(CIF)Custom duty will be Rs. 291
